Hidden Sill Spirits continues the long history of distilling spirits which can be dated back to 1753. The name is derived from how the process of distilling spirits had been conducted many times throughout history. The facility, not far from West Chocolate Avenue, is in an old plant previously used to service The Hershey Co. It produces handcrafted small patches of bourbon, whiskey, vodka, gin and rum.
