Located a short walk from downtown Lancaster, Thistle Finch Distillery is located in the former Walter Schnader Tobacco Warehouse that was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. Pine Creek Spirits is a small distillery currently focused on maintaining its taproom which offers a variety of products, typically providing over 20 different varieties of spirits. The distillery operates on a 100g system that has produced several award-winning spirits. The Elizabethtown, PA taproom is continuously evolving to cater to the diverse needs of all customers, featuring two bars and a banquet room.
Hidden Sill Spirits continues the long history of distilling spirits which can be dated back to 1753. The name is derived from how the process of distilling spirits had been conducted many times throughout history. The facility, not far from West Chocolate Avenue, is in an old plant that was previously used to service The Hershey Co. and now produces handcrafted small batches of bourbon, whiskey, vodka, gin and rum.
