We’re excited to officially share an update to our flagship straight rye whiskey. Thistle Finch’s Pennsylvania Wheated Straight Rye Whiskey is now available in 7 and 5 year ages, both Bottled in Bond. These bonded ryes are bottled from a single distillation season in our cellar distillery to the highest bottling standard. Using a mash bill of 60% dark rye, 30% whole wheat, and 10% malted barley flour, our bonded ryes – like all our spirits – are crafted and bottled with care in Lancaster, PA.
