From Manatawny Still Works

After one of our peated single malt whiskey distillations, we placed some of the whiskey into a second-use American oak barrel and some into an ex-Islay Scotch whiskey barrel. After aging the barrels for four years, we’ve carefully blended them back together for balance and complexity, yielding a warm, well-rounded spirit. Best enjoyed neat or over a large rock.
