The Dad's Hat team has been working hard this year, and the 2024 Bottled in Bond is now in bottles. Like the Founders’ VII, the barrels blended for this year’s bonded rye selection are all from early 2018 and have a similar flavor profile – a delicious mashup of butterscotch and toffee, backed by classic rye spices. Imagine Butterscotch Krimpets with a kick!
