Our latest whiskey experimentation is almost 6 years in the making. This American Whiskey began its journey with 5 years in traditional oak barrels, developing its classic vanilla and caramel notes. After blending, the batch spent its final 8 months in authentic Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, where it absorbed the rich, sweet notes of Spain’s legendary dessert wine. 🍷

Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks add sweetness and depth to our American whiskey. Previously used for PX sherry, the spent cask introduced dried fruit and molasses notes that enhance the whiskey’s flavor. Suitable for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails. A good option for whiskey enthusiasts looking for a distinctive taste.
