Founded in 2017 by a mother/daughter duo providing beverage catering & bartending to the City of Pittsburgh, TLC Libations now is the first black women owned distillery in Western PA. Their craft beverages bring a unique and special touch to any event, venue, or home. All their products are created and tested each specifically for you with Tender, Love and Care. TLC Libations is committed to toast to creativity with every bottle from their recipes to the label creation by partnered artists. Every artist receive a commission off of every bottle sold for the life of production.
