Starting with pristine water from their own 700-foot artesian well, they then add only the best ingredients. Barley Creek Whiskey uses three different types of smoked malt for an extremely smooth finish.
Their whiskey is then matured in small, custom barrels to maximize contact with the wood surface and enhance flavor. Barley Creek Spiced Rum is made with Blackstrap molasses and pure organic, GMO-free cane sugar. They age their rum in small barrels with orange zest and a secret blend of natural spices. It’s delicious and pirate approved!
