Pennsylvania Distillers Guild Treasurer Herman Mihalich (Dad’s Hat Rye Distillery) was among the 40 craft spirits producers who participated in the American Craft Spirits Association’s Legislative Fly-in in early November of 2023.

Together, the group advocated for diverse concerns including equitable shipping practices, agricultural based tourism, the protection of American White Oak and the funding of the TTB.
