Phil’s Shadow Maple Barrel Finished Whiskey hits shelves TOMORROW!

The 2025 edition of Phil’s Shadow celebrates two of Pennsylvania’s finest institutions & honors the eccentric traditions of our beloved Keystone State! To pay homage to world-famous Groundhog Punxsutawney Phil we combined our award-winning Pennsylvania Straight Rye Whiskey and the tradition of Pennsylvania maple syrup production to create a bold, spicy spirit complemented by a pronounced, rich maple sweetness. We aged this Rye Whiskey for 4 years, before finishing it in maple syrup barrels.
