2 Eight Oaks Craft Distillers

New Tripoli

Eight Oaks Craft Distillers is a veteran-owned, family-run, farm distillery located in the rolling country hills of Lehigh Valley. Eight Oaks grows all their grain on their own farm like wheat, corn, rye and barley and craft that grain into Vodka, Gin, Rye Whiskey and Bourbon. Eight Oaks also makes an Applejack from fresh local apples sourced from Scholl Orchards. Come try Eight Oaks products in their inviting and comfortable tasting room in New Tripoli. You can see the inner workings of the distillery in a behind the barrels tour, try a flight of our spirits, or choose a drink from our seasonal cocktail menu. Stop in for a visit Thursday-Sunday.

Located in a former bank building in Bethlehem, Social Still is a distillery, bar and restaurant. With a full line of spirits (bourbon, gin, vodka, rye, rum) and full-service restaurant and bar, this Lehigh Valley distillery is already making inroads into Philadelphia bars and restaurants.
