Red Brick Craft Distillery was born out of a love of high quality, small batch spirits. Owners Zachary Cohen and Brian Forrest (also head distiller) started Red Brick Craft Distillery in 2015 because of a shared passion for good whiskey. Made with local ingredients and a focus on craftsmanship and innovation, our products embody the spirit of Philadelphia, a city with a rich history of industry and manufacturing that has become one of the premiere food and drink destinations in the country.
