From Iron City Distilling:
Join us on November 14th at Iron City Distilling for a truly unique and spirited evening celebrating the return of the Three-Chamber Still—a piece of Pennsylvania distilling history. Guests will be the first in the public to ever taste our aged whiskey from the three-chamber still. Dinner will also be provided (menu below). Whiskey historian Laura Fields along with Master Distiller Matt Strickland will share the fascinating history of Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey, the use of the chamber still and the revival of Keystone Rosen Rye, a varietal of rye grain with important roots in PA’s whiskey traditions that until recently was nearly extinct.
