Liberty Pole’s fried fish sandwich has been such a hint that the Washington, PA distillery has made it an all-day option on Fridays in Lent. The fried fish sandwich features a hefty 10-ounces of tempura fried haddock topped with mild or spicy tartar sauce and served on a toasted brioche. The sandwich is served with Pittsburgh Slaw and fries are available upon request.

Maggie’s Farm Rum

Maggie’s Farm Rum’s Upper St. Clair distillery restaurant is serving up a jumbo haddock sandwich every Friday in Lent. The fish features a batter made with their own Personal Day lemon vodka seltzer on a brioche with apple coleslaw. The sandwich is served with a generous side of fries.
