The Mash Bill: Our Pennsylvania Style Bourbon: 51% Corn (The minimum allowed by law to be bourbon), 40% Rye (Pennsylvania’s Bread and Butter), 9% Malted Barley

Double Oaked Series: This is the 3rd mash bill in our double oaked series – (Wheated Bourbon, Monongahela Rye, and now High Rye Bourbon)

Proof: 107.3 (53.65%ABV)

Notes: We love the added oak of the second fresh barrel. The rich oak & leather notes stand up so well to the rich viscosity of this pot-distilled high rye bourbon!
