This spirited collaboration features a Wigle Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey finished with white ash wood called Penn/Fairmount Rye presented in a limited-edition, artist-altered glass bottle, reimagined by PGC artist and Penn/Fairmount designer Jason Forck. Each bottle is a work of art — a celebration of Pittsburgh craft at its finest and most creative: the city’s first distillery since prohibition, paired with its enduring glassmaking tradition.
When the whiskey is done, turn your bottle into a commemorative decanter with the addition of custom glass bottle corks made to fit the limited edition bottle! Just 150 bottles of Penn/Fairmount Rye were produced, so be sure to secure a pre-order for pick-up at the event!
Celebrate the Bottle Release with us at the Pittsburgh Glass Center! The bottle unveiling celebration will take place on Saturday, November 22, from 5:30-9:00 PM at the Pittsburgh Glass Center. Gather around fire pits, sip seasonal cocktails, and watch live glassblowing demonstrations–including the creation of a larger-than-life bottle by the Penn/Fairmont team. Raise a glass in the glow of the furnace and take home a bottle that embodies warmth, craft, and the spirit of the season.
