Cafe Agave Liqueur

Coffee Liqueur made with Bluebird Agave Spirit and Mexican Coffee. We source Oaxaca Agave and distill at Bluebird. we then source a traditional southern Mexico coffee and roast to a medium-finish to allow the fruit components to shine through. These are blended together to create this truly unique Coffee Agave. 

Bluebird’s agave spirits are made with wild heirloom agave syrup from a farm in southern Mexico, which is then fermented and distilled in our Phoenixville distillery. Not quite tequila, not quite mezcal.
