Conneaut Cellars Distillery is the first distillery in Northwestern Pennsylvania since Prohibition. Distilling small batches of high quality rum, brandy, vodka from grapes and 4-grain bourbon, the Lake Erie Region distillery plans to release a pure rye whiskey that has been aging in oak barrels in the future. Conneaut Cellars’ craft micro-distillery avoids the common practice of buying pre-made spirits. Every batch they produce is small, crafted by hand in their distillery and bottled by hand.
